Step by step

  1. Enquiry

Call, email or send the enquiry form. We talk through the property, what you need, your timing and what you want to achieve.

  2. Free on-site consultation and quote

We visit the property, assess the layout, take measurements and photos where needed and discuss the best way to present the home. You get a tailored quote with no obligation.

  3. Styling and furniture selection

Once the job is confirmed, our stylists select furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories for the property, working from the architecture, finishes, natural light, room sizes and layout.

  4. Visual planning and mock-ups

For larger or more detailed projects we go further, with vision boards, AI-assisted concepts and physical mock-ups in our factory, so combinations are tested before anything arrives on site.

  5. Package preparation

The selected furniture and accessories are prepared and loaded onto our truck. Staging, transport and installation are all coordinated in-house.

  6. Installation

We agree an installation day. Our team unloads, places and styles the furniture, and each room is finished to a high standard before we leave.

  7. The property goes to market

The home is ready for photography, inspections and open homes. The furniture stays in place for the agreed hire period.

  8. Collection

Once the property has sold or the furniture is no longer needed, let us know. Collection is generally arranged within a few days, and we aim to complete it within the day.

Timing

Quoted the same day. Installed within days.

We answer enquiries 7 days a week between 9am and 5pm, and aim to reply within the hour. With a floor plan or the details of the home, we can usually quote the same day.

Once the job is confirmed we generally need a few days’ notice to install. When the furniture is no longer needed, collection is generally arranged within a few days of you letting us know.

Before we quote

What we need from you

A floor plan is the most useful thing you can send. If you don’t have one, tell us the size of the home and how many rooms need styling.

To confirm a booking we take a 10% deposit. That locks in the installation date and lets us allocate the furniture to your property. How pricing works.

Getting ready for your stage

A few details to coordinate with your agent and our team before installation.

  • Access and parking

Tell us about stairs, lifts, loading access and parking when you request your quote. Agree who will provide keys and meet the team.

  • Existing furniture

For a partial stage, confirm which pieces will stay and which rooms need styling. Agree any clearing or moving arrangements before installation day.

  • Photography and presentation

Share your photography date early. Coordinate cleaning and any remaining property work so the rooms are ready for styling, then photography.

  • During the campaign

Keep your quote handy for the agreed hire end date. Contact us before that date if you need an extension; a weekly fee and availability conditions apply.

  • Collection

Let us know when the furniture is no longer needed and arrange access with us. Collection is generally scheduled within a few days.

Process questions

How long does the furniture stay in the property?

The standard hire period is 6–8 weeks, depending on the package and property. It is confirmed when you book.

What if the property takes longer to sell?

We continue the hire for as long as you need it, subject to furniture availability. A weekly extension fee applies after the included hire period.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A 10% deposit secures the booking once the job is confirmed. It lets us lock in the date and allocate the furniture. The balance is payable on the agreed invoice terms.

What happens if we cancel or change the booking?

Once a booking is confirmed we reserve furniture, transport and an installation slot for your property. Cancellations or significant changes after that may incur charges, depending on how much preparation has been done and how close it is to the installation date. We will always talk it through with you first.

How quickly can you install?

We generally need a few days’ notice. The installation day is agreed with you once the job is confirmed.

What do you need from us to quote?

A floor plan if you have one. Otherwise the details of the home: its size and how many rooms need styling. We also offer a free on-site consultation.

What happens when the property sells?

Let us know when the furniture is no longer needed. Collection is generally arranged within a few days, and we aim to have everything out within the day.

Who does the delivery and installation?

Our own team, with our own truck. We own our furniture and run our logistics in-house, so delivery, installation, styling and collection don’t rely on contractors.
