01

General

Do you stage occupied homes, or vacant only?

Both. We do full stages for vacant homes and partial stages where some rooms or furniture are staying.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Melbourne. Our factory is in Thomastown, so the northern suburbs are closest to us, but we travel anywhere in Melbourne. Geelong, Ballarat and other regional centres are by arrangement.

Do you work outside Melbourne?

Sometimes. Geelong, Ballarat and other regional centres are by arrangement. Tell us where the property is and what it needs, and we’ll let you know whether we can take it on.

How quickly will you get back to us?

We answer enquiries 7 days a week between 9am and 5pm, and aim to reply within the hour.

Who does the delivery and installation?

Our own team, with our own truck. We own our furniture and run our logistics in-house, so delivery, installation, styling and collection don’t rely on contractors.

Can we buy the furniture used in a stage?

Yes. We own all of our furniture outright and staged pieces can be purchased. Ask us about the items you are interested in.

02

Pricing and terms

How much does home staging cost?

Every job is quoted individually, so we don’t publish set prices. The quote depends mainly on the size of the home, how many rooms need styling and whether it is a full or partial stage. On-site quotes are free, and we can usually quote the same day.

What is included in a stage?

A free on-site consultation and quote, furniture selection and styling, all furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and standard accessories, delivery, installation, the standard hire period and collection.

How long does the furniture stay in the property?

The standard hire period is 6–8 weeks, depending on the package and property. It is confirmed when you book.

What if the property takes longer to sell?

We continue the hire for as long as you need it, subject to furniture availability. A weekly extension fee applies after the included hire period.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A 10% deposit secures the booking once the job is confirmed. It lets us lock in the date and allocate the furniture. The balance is payable on the agreed invoice terms.

What happens if we cancel or change the booking?

Once a booking is confirmed we reserve furniture, transport and an installation slot for your property. Cancellations or significant changes after that may incur charges, depending on how much preparation has been done and how close it is to the installation date. We will always talk it through with you first.

Process and timing

How quickly can you install?

We generally need a few days’ notice. The installation day is agreed with you once the job is confirmed.

What do you need from us to quote?

A floor plan if you have one. Otherwise the details of the home: its size and how many rooms need styling. We also offer a free on-site consultation.

What happens when the property sells?

Let us know when the furniture is no longer needed. Collection is generally arranged within a few days, and we aim to have everything out within the day.

Do you style commercial spaces?

Yes. We supply furniture and styling for commercial spaces from our own collection, and our own team delivers and installs it. Tell us about the space and we’ll put together a tailored quote.

Do you style display homes?

Yes. For larger or more detailed projects we plan with vision boards, AI-assisted concepts and physical mock-ups in our factory before anything arrives on site.
