Three things make up most of a quote.
Property size and number of rooms
A floor plan, or the size of the home and how many rooms need styling, is the main thing we quote from.
Full or partial stage
We stage vacant homes in full and partially stage homes where some rooms or furniture are staying. A partial stage uses less furniture.
How long the furniture stays
The standard hire period of 6–8 weeks is included in the quote. A longer campaign costs more.
What every stage includes
All of this is in the quoted package. There are no separate delivery, installation or collection charges.
Free on-site quote
We visit the property, assess the layout and talk through what you want to achieve. The quote is tailored to the property and comes with no obligation.
Furniture chosen for the property
Our stylists select furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories to suit the architecture, finishes, layout and likely buyer.
Complete room styling
Premium furniture throughout, with artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories where they suit the room. All of it is included in the quoted package.
Delivery and installation
Our own team delivers, places and styles everything. Each room is finished before we leave.
6–8 week hire period
The standard hire period is 6–8 weeks depending on the package and property, and is confirmed when you book.
Collection
When the furniture is no longer needed, let us know. Collection is generally arranged within a few days.
One team, start to finish
Delivery, installation, styling and collection are all handled by us. You and your client don’t need to organise trades or transport.
Your quote confirms the rooms, included hire period and payment terms before you book.
Deposits, extensions and changes
10% deposit
Once the job is confirmed, a 10% deposit secures the booking. It lets us lock in the date, allocate the furniture and start preparing the stage. The balance is payable on the agreed invoice terms.
Extensions
If the property is still on the market after the included hire period, we continue the hire for as long as you need it, subject to furniture availability. A weekly extension fee applies.
Cancellations and changes
A confirmed booking reserves furniture, transport and an installation slot for your property. Cancelling or making significant changes after that may incur charges, depending on the preparation already done and how close it is to installation. We will always discuss it with you first.

How much does home staging cost?
Every job is quoted individually, so we don’t publish set prices. The quote depends mainly on the size of the home, how many rooms need styling and whether it is a full or partial stage. On-site quotes are free, and we can usually quote the same day.
What is included in a stage?
A free on-site consultation and quote, furniture selection and styling, all furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and standard accessories, delivery, installation, the standard hire period and collection.
How long does the furniture stay in the property?
The standard hire period is 6–8 weeks, depending on the package and property. It is confirmed when you book.
What if the property takes longer to sell?
We continue the hire for as long as you need it, subject to furniture availability. A weekly extension fee applies after the included hire period.
Is there a deposit?
