Property enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, email and property details. You can also provide a phone number, timing, a listing link or a floor plan. We use these details to discuss your property, prepare a quote and respond to you.
Please only attach the floor plan needed for your quote.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a program, is sending it. It reads technical details of your browser to do that.
Where your enquiry goes
The website sends each enquiry, with any attachment, to our business inbox by email. It uses Resend, an email delivery service, to do that. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes its requests.
Resend and Cloudflare are overseas companies, so your enquiry may be processed outside Australia on its way to us.
How long it is kept
The website does not store your enquiry. It reaches us as an email, and we keep it for as long as we need it to quote, carry out the work and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the website is used, so we can improve it. Neither is used for advertising, and you can turn them off at the end of this section.
Google Analytics loads through Google Tag Manager. It measures page views, where visits come from, quote-link clicks, phone and email clicks, and successful form submissions. Page addresses are sent without their query strings, apart from campaign tags such as utm_source, and our own events do not include your name, email, property details or floor plan. Google may process technical information such as browser and device information, outside Australia, and use analytics cookies.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see what is hard to find. The enquiry form is hidden from its recordings. Microsoft may process this outside Australia and uses its own cookies.
Your choice is saved in this browser. Turning analytics off stops further collection; existing cookies can also be removed through your browser settings. Without JavaScript, none of this loads.
