We don’t place a few key pieces and leave. Each styled room is properly furnished and accessorised so the home reads as one finished, cohesive look in the photos and at the open home.
We stage vacant homes in full, and partially stage homes where some rooms or furniture are staying. Styling is tailored to the property, from modern and contemporary through to Mediterranean, coastal and classic.

Furniture chosen for the property
Our stylists select furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories to suit the architecture, finishes, layout and likely buyer.
Complete room styling
Premium furniture throughout, with artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories where they suit the room. All of it is included in the quoted package.
Delivery and installation
Our own team delivers, places and styles everything. Each room is finished before we leave.
6–8 week hire period
The standard hire period is 6–8 weeks depending on the package and property, and is confirmed when you book.
Collection
When the furniture is no longer needed, let us know. Collection is generally arranged within a few days.
One team, start to finish
Delivery, installation, styling and collection are all handled by us. You and your client don’t need to organise trades or transport.

Confirm and prepare
Agree the scope, hire period and installation date. A 10% deposit secures the residential booking and furniture.
Style, then collect
Our own team delivers and styles the home. The agreed 6–8 week hire includes collection; weekly extensions cost extra and depend on availability.
Common questions
How much does home staging cost?
Every job is quoted individually, so we don’t publish set prices. The quote depends mainly on the size of the home, how many rooms need styling and whether it is a full or partial stage. On-site quotes are free, and we can usually quote the same day.
What is included in a stage?
A free on-site consultation and quote, furniture selection and styling, all furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and standard accessories, delivery, installation, the standard hire period and collection.
How long does the furniture stay in the property?
The standard hire period is 6–8 weeks, depending on the package and property. It is confirmed when you book.
Do you stage occupied homes, or vacant only?
Both. We do full stages for vacant homes and partial stages where some rooms or furniture are staying.
Can we buy the furniture used in a stage?
Yes. We own all of our furniture outright and staged pieces can be purchased. Ask us about the items you are interested in.
